Are you Gala ready?
The Gala Committee is looking forward to hosting you for a memorable evening celebrating Mar Vista Elementary School and the outstanding enrichment programs provided through MVSEG. Here’s some details to know - before you go!
Venue: The Museum of Flying - 3100 Airport Avenue Santa Monica, CA 90405
Parking and arrival: Parking is no cost and conveniently located west of the Museum (3100 Airport Avenue. Santa Monica 90405). Signage and attendants will direct you. Please be safe and consider rideshare. Rideshare dropoff will be in the guest parking lot adjacent to the Museum.
Attire: Cocktail attire
Event Start: 5pm, doors open. Cocktail Reception from 5-6pm - we highly suggest arriving at 5pm to ensure you can take advantage of the time with friends. Program must promptly begin at 7:15pm.
The Evening Agenda:
5:00pm, Doors open and welcome reception
6:30pm, Dinner, buffet style
7:15pm, Program begins
9:00pm, Online Auction closes
10pm, Last call
Check In: In advance, it’s helpful to have your tickets assigned and credit cards added for raffle and auction participation. Visit Onecau.se/mvegala .
A QR code will not be required to check in, please provide your name at check-in.
Raffle: Take home one of our 6 Raffle Baskets with adult beverages, treats and household items. $5 = 1 ticket, $20 = 5 tickets, $40 = 12 tickets. Buy raffle tickets here so you can enjoy your time at the Gala with friends. Raffle entry ends at 7pm.
Wine Pull: Take home a special bottle of wine in our $25 Wine Pull. Every bottle has a value greater than $25! Zelle to Pull!
